Healing Through Yoga
and Self-Discovery
Like many others, I was born into challenging life circumstances. At the same time, I was born blessed with a natural and intuitive understanding of the ancient science of Yoga.
Although I have been a Yoga teacher for over 35 years, I also suffered personally from the belief that my early childhood conditioning had damaged me forever.
There has been a part of me that believed that I was essentially unsafe and unloveable because this is how I felt throughout much of my childhood.
As a result of the relational challenges I witnessed in myself and those around me, I was inspired to develop Principle-Based Partner Yoga. It is a practice that awakens our innate capacity for trust, openness, compassion and intimacy.
My focus currently and the theme of my second book is the reclamation and integration of my human nature, with my spiritual nature. Learning to skillfully allow all of my emotions has been the greatest challenge and liberation in my life.
It is an honor and privilege to support others who may be suffering from painful thoughts and feelings that seem to be preventing them from living joyful and fulfilling lives.
As part of my exploration on what liberates us to live freely, I have delved deeply into the realms of death and dying. I believe this is one of the most potent explorations we humans have for recognizing the eternal nature of our being. If you or a loved one is facing death, feel free to reach out to see how I may be of service.
